# Ответственный в заказе с сайта

В типовом Zeta Web при импорте заказа с сайта у всех заказов будет установлен ответственным пользователь - **Сайт**.

В [типовой подсистеме статусов](/opisanie-i-nastroika/statusy-strok-zakazov.md) обработка строк (пересчет статусов) начинается **только в заказах, у которых ответственный менеджер НЕ Сайт**, т.е. этот заказ должен быть предварительно обработан менеджером или индивидуальными алгоритмами в учётной системе 1С:Управление торговлей ред. 10.3.
